Barbara McIntyre Bauman – President / CEO / Director

Ms. McIntyre Bauman is an experienced mining executive, with over 15 years’ experience in the mining and mineral exploration business, as well as over 10 years in telecommunications and information technology.  She has been Manager of the McIntyre Bauman Group since 1998 as well as Manager of Searchlight Exploration.  Ms. McIntyre Bauman also serves as President of Hondo Minerals Corporation, having reorganized Hondo during 2016 - 2017.

Frederick C. Bauman – General Counsel

Fred Bauman is a Corporate, Securities and Mining attorney. A Harvard Law School graduate, Mr. Bauman has been based in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2003. Prior to forming Bauman & Associates, Mr. Bauman was Vice President and General Counsel of Sunterra, an international public resort company headquartered in Las Vegas (2003-2008). He was a Corporate and Securities Partner at Brown & Bain, a large Phoenix-based law firm with a high tech legal practice. Mr. Bauman joined Bell Atlantic (now named Verizon) in the 1980’s as a securities attorney, then served as general counsel of Bell Atlantic’s computer business and, later, its financial services business. After graduating from Harvard Law School, he worked on Wall Street for six years, starting his legal career at Davis Polk, a large Wall Street law firm in New York City.
